POS EKSPRES (Only in Malaysia)

1.  What standards of service for this product?
      -  Next day delivery working days (cities include Zone A only)
      -  Two working days following delivery (all cities in Zone B)
      -  The third working day following delivery (all cities in Zone C)

2.  What are the conditions of the Express Post delivery guarantee?
      - Items addressed to Express Postal Delivery Zone only.
      - Items posted via Pos Express Yellow Post Box no later than thetimes shown.      

      - Day delivery guarantee does not include non-working day.
      - Pos Express envelope will be issued free of charge if the promiseof delivery of service standards are not met.

3.  How many types of Pos Express envelope provided and what is the average price for each type of cover?     

       -There are six types of prepaid Express Post envelope provided, namely:
